How are you able to sell elite sticks for such an affordable price?
We have been able to accomplish this immense task in several ways. First, we partnered with Chris at 5Lax to help us design the RC1 head. Then, we fundraised for the cost of the injection mold of the head. Finally, as a nonprofit organization, we are focused on getting sticks in hands and not making a profit.
What type of pocket is strung into your prestrung sticks?
Due to our numbered sidewall system, all of our RC1 strung sticks have the same mid-low pocket. In order to ensure that quality pockets are strung into our sticks, all sticks are strung in the USA.
Do you offer a warranty?
While we endeavor to provide high-quality sticks at manufacturing cost, we regret to inform you that we do not offer a warranty. Who helped you make the RC1?
We reached out to every major lacrosse supplier and only 5Lax was willing to provide support. They helped us design the stick and source the manufacturers that are used by several of the other major lacrosse companies.
Do you sell shafts individually?
Shafts are only available with the purchase of our RC1 Complete Stick and RC1 Elite Stick. If you do not need a head at this time, consider giving it to a new player.
Where is your manufacturing facility located?
We use several different manufacturers for the RC1 Complete stick. Our head, end cap, and ball stop is manufactured in China. Our shafts are manufactured in Taiwan. Our mesh is manufactured in the USA. Our sticks are then strung and assembled in the USA.
How can I check order status?

How do taxes and duties work for international orders?
All taxes and duties for orders shipped internationally are assumed by the recipient of the order.
I have not received any tracking information about my order. Where can that be found?
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is processed through our system and ready for pickup by the carrier. The tracking information will update once the package has been scanned by the shipping carrier.
Where is the confirmation email for my order? I never received one.
You will automatically receive a confirmation email with your order number when your order is placed. If you do not receive an email, first check your junk folder to make sure it wasn't marked as spam. If you do not see any email, you can reach out to our customer service team by emailing sticks@relaxcollections.org
Can I place an order over the phone?
We do not accept orders over the phone. Please place your order directly through relaxcollections.shop. Our website provides secure checkout options to protect your personal data and to make the buying process as easy as possible.
How do you determine your shipping prices?
Our shipping prices are determined by the shipping carriers based on shipment weight, dimensions, and destination.
What should I do if I never receive my order?
Please take your tracking information to the shipping carrier that you chose at checkout (your local post office or UPS) and submit a lost item claim with them. If you are able to provide proof of a lost package, please contact sticks@relaxcollections.org
